Project Consultancy Wing

With a strong commitment to the empowerment and economic self-reliance of women and transgender individuals, the Kerala State Women Development Corporation (KSWDC) has played a pivotal role in nurturing a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs across the state. Through a range of targeted loan schemes and support initiatives, the Corporation has supported thousands of entrepreneurs over the past 37 years, disbursing over ₹1100 crore in enterprise loans.

Now, going beyond financial assistance, KSWDC has established a Project Consultancy Wing (PCW) to provide strategic guidance and professional support to emerging entrepreneurs&mdashhelping them transform their ventures into profitable and sustainable businesses.

1. To provide end-to-end guidance to women- and transgender-owned enterprises from the inception stage, helping them steer their businesses in the right direction and achieve profitability.

2. To function as a nodal agency that integrates services and information from various government departments, agencies, and internal KSWDC divisions&mdashoffering a single-window platform for comprehensive support.

3. To offer dedicated support through specialized divisions within the Project Consultancy Wing, tailored to meet the diverse needs of entrepreneurs:

  • Business Incubation Division
  • Financial Advisory Division
  • Operational Consultancy Division
  • Technical/IT Consultancy Division
  • Research & Development Division
  • Quality Management Division
  • Sales & Marketing Consultancy Division
  • Legal Consultancy Division
  • Training Division
  • Business Clinics

This initiative aligns with the Government of Kerala&rsquos policy to promote entrepreneurship, and is designed to provide holistic support&mdashright from business idea conceptualization to execution and growth. By fostering innovation and building capacity, this wing will play a crucial role in empowering new-age entrepreneurs and enhancing inclusive economic development across the state.
