Driving is providing a ample employment opportunities. Especially driving vehicle to drop and pick school going children is providing regular and assured income. Now a day, most of the parents prefer sending their children by Autos and Vans. But the speed of drivers and also other mishaps attached with these drivers have become a concern for the parents and guardians.
This was the thought which led KSWDC to train women into driving. Because women are responsible and are equally careful. Training of women in Driving is to be conducted in major cities of the State. More than 200 women are aimed to be trained in driving Two- wheeler, Auto Rickshaw and Light Motor Vehicle.
