In our country, jewellery is considered auspicious for women.  Kerala is one of the foremost consumer of cosmetics & jewellery. People in kerala are cautious of changing their ornaments from occasion to occasions and thus, paving way for a huge demand for gold ornaments and its labourers. 

Objective: Skill development and skill upgradation of educated unemployed women and make them suitable for self/wage employment in gold craft.
