As a part of vocational training programme, GDPM (Garment Designing and Pattern Making ) Course is to be conducted at various district of the state. The course also includes Computerised Office Management Training and Ornamental Fish Rearing Training Programmes.

The vocational training programme started at Meppayur Panchayat , Kozhikode and Vadakkancherry & Varavoor, Thrissur. Almost 3 Batches of this training Programmes has been successfully completed in each of these places. Another batch for the same course was recently completed at Nedumangadu, Trivandrum.
